These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Warranty


Cue Home warrants to the original purchaser that the Cue Home device ("Device") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This Warranty is limited to the Device and does not cover any accessories, adapters, or other products that may be packaged with the Device.


What is Covered

This Warranty covers the following:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Hardware failures
  • Software malfunctions


What is Not Covered

This Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or water exposure
  • Damage caused by improper installation or operation
  • Damage caused by acts of God, such as lightning strikes or floods
  • Damage caused by use with unauthorised accessories or software
  • Devices purchased from unauthorised resellers


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact Cue Home customer support at support@cuehome.in or raise a ticket here. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Once your claim is approved, Cue Home will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Device.


Limitation of Liability

THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE DEVICE. CUE HOME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE DEVICE, EVEN IF CUE HOME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
