Can I trust that Cue Home is fully secured and respects user privacy?

Cue Home’s top priority is ensuring the security of your home. We put security and privacy first when we developed Cue Home. It does all the processes locally. No home data, usernames or passwords are ever shared with us.

Cue Home sits behind your internet gateway and operates in the Local WiFi network. It only connects to the internet for registration, firmware updates, one-time initial device configuration and service support. Once you have configured Apple Home for your devices everything your all the automations, scenes and remote access work securely via iCloud.

CUE Home exists because many of the brands listed here do not offer a direct way to connect to the iOS Home app. CUE Home serves as a professional tool to enable the connection of automation systems to the iOS Home app, and ultimately to Matter.

We want to clarify that we are not certified or affiliated with Apple Inc. in any way or form.
